Acquaviva Palace
The Acquaviva family was one of the seven great families of the Kingdom of Naples. It ruled Notaresco from the 14th century until 1757, leaving indelible marks in the history of the village. The Palazzo Acquaviva, now the Town Hall, bears witness to this. Its facade stands out for its simplicity and elegance on via del Castello.
G. Romualdi Archaeological Museum
The G. Romualdi civic museum holds numerous archaeological finds found in the Notaresco area. It is divided into two sections, the first dedicated to prehistory and the second to the Italic and Roman periods. In the museum we find some prehistoric finds that date back to 9000 years ago, precious Protolazion and Roman ceramics and fragments of decorated glass.
Church of San Clemente al Vomano
The Benedictine abbey of San Clemente al Vomano is located in the hamlet of Guardia Vomano, a few minutes from Notaresco. It was built in the 9th century. and originally it was completely frescoed inside. Of those frescoes, today, only a few testimonies remain.
San Clemente houses a valuable ciborio from the 12th century. decorated with geometric weaves, vegetal, anthropomorphic and zoomorphic figures. The portal, also decorated, dates back to 1108, as evidenced by the carved stone next to the left pier.

Palazzo Acquaviva
La famiglia Acquaviva fu una delle sette grandi casate del Regno di Napoli. Dominò Notaresco dal XIV secolo fino al 1757, lasciando segni indelebili nella storia del borgo. Il Palazzo Acquaviva, oggi sede del Municipio, ne è una testimonianza. La sua facciata spicca per semplicità ed eleganza su via del Castello.
Museo archeologico G. Romualdi
Il Museo civico G. Romualdi custodisce numerosi reperti archeologici rinvenuti nel territorio di Notaresco. È suddiviso in due sezioni, la prima dedicata alla preistoria e la seconda al periodo italico e romano. Nel museo ritroviamo alcuni reperti preistorici che risalgono a ben 9000 anni fa, pregiate ceramiche protolaziali e romane e frammenti di vetro decorato.
Chiesa di San Clemente al Vomano
L’abbazia benedettina di San Clemente al Vomano si trova nella frazione di Guardia Vomano, a pochi minuti da Notaresco. Fu costruita nel IX sec. ed in origine era completamente affrescata al suo interno. Di quegli affreschi, oggi, restano solo poche testimonianze.
San Clemente custodisce un pregiato ciborio del XII sec. decorato con intrecci geometrici, figure vegetali, antropomorfe e zoomorfe. Il portale, anch’esso decorato, risale al 1108, come testimonia la pietra scolpita a fianco del piedritto sinistro.
