Located in the historic building of the former Bank of Italy in Pescara, the Museo dell'Ottocento houses the collection of Italian and French 19th century works of art of Wenceslao Di Persio and Rosanna Pallotta.
It includes two hundred and sixty works that tell the story of a century full of changes, ideals and innovations. In addition to the great quality of the items, the collection is also distinguished by the unique research of the frames, which range from the 16th to the 19th century.

Con sede nello storico edificio dell’ex Banca d’Italia a Pescara, il Museo dell’Ottocento ospita la collezione di opere dell’Ottocento italiano e francese dei coniugi Venceslao Di Persio e Rosanna Pallotta.
Comprende duecentosessanta opere che raccontano un secolo ricco di cambiamenti, ideali, innovazioni. Oltre alla grande qualità degli elementi che la compongono, la collezione si distingue anche per la ricerca – unica nel suo genere – delle cornici, che vanno dal XVI secolo al XIX secolo.
